Robert Lyford is the market chef at Patina Green Home and Market, located on the historic town square of McKinney, TX.  His style of food is heavily influenced by the use of ingredients from local farms.

Robert is a classically trained Chef from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.  His experience working in the fine dining industry, catering events and instructing cooking classes has led him to be a driving force in the local food movement in his community.
